Burlington Recreation & Parks Department invites you to join us at the 71st Annual Burlington Christmas Parade on Saturday, November 18, 2017. Help us kick-off the holiday season by enjoying High School bands, dancers, horses, antique cars and community organizations as they fill the streets with joy. Bring your chairs and blankets and don't forget to arrive early as the traffic is busy prior to the start of the parade. View the 2017 Parade Route.

Grand Marshal Nominations
Nominate a candidate who has made a significant contribution to the City of Burlington through civic involvement or community impact.

Participant Application & Information
Are you a non-profit organization, horse, antique car or advertising parade unit? If so then this application is for you. All participant applications must be handed in in-person at the Burlington Recreation & Parks Department temporarily located at 1334 Overbrook Road (Thataways).
Kings & Queens Float Form
Local Burlington and Alamance County High School kings and queens are invited to ride on a float in the Christmas Parade. To participate, school representative or Homecoming winners please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Burlington Recreation and Parks facilitates the rental of professional parade floats for sponsors. As a sponsor of the Christmas Parade, you have the opportunity to pick your favorite (pending availability) float for your organization to use in the parade.
